Although I still do not have my order, my review prompted a response from the company explaining that my order was sent 1 day after I placed my order and that the hold up is the USPS & COVID. I AM IMPRESSED THAT SOME ONE EMAILED ME TO FOLLOW UP MY FIRST REVIEW. I can't give a 5 star rating since I still don't have my order, but their customer service is on point.
We're sorry USPS is taking so long to get you your order! Things have been moving slowly during the pandemic and it got much worse over the holiday season. Rest assured, we had your order in the mail on the 17th(The day after your order was placed.)
There was an update this morning saying it arrived at your local post office; you should be receiving it very soon!
