Refund policy

In-Store Returns:
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns require original receipt, or a customer account.

Shipped Item Returns:
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Your return item must be sent to Smokeless Distribution 9201 E Bloomington Fwy. Suite P Bloomington MN 55420. The return shipping is at your own expense, however you may use any shipping method, and first class mail is generally very reasonable.

Gift Cards are not returnable.

Smokeless Guarantee (exchanges):
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return that item for store credit within 30 days of purchase. For consumable items, exchange credit will be commensurate with amount of product remaining. Hardware items (devices) must be undamaged and be in original packaging. Disposable vapor devices are excluded from this policy, and do not qualify for satisfaction exchanges. Customer account is required for satisfaction exchanges/credit. For shipped/online exchanges, please email info@shopsmokeless.com prior to sending your item in.

Warranty:
Non-consumable hardware items (devices) come with a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defect, from Smokeless. In-store warranty replacements require original receipt, or customer account. For shipped/online warranty exchanges, please email info@shopsmokeless.com prior to sending your item in.
